How The Project Was Received

The design team would like to held stories of the island’s colorful and eventful past and recall a similar charm in our design for Regus. Bringing iconic street art, Chinese shophouse, beautiful tiles and colours into the co-working place offer an insightful introduction to Penang’s culture and social history.

Regus Menara Boustead embodies a functional, yet flexible offering, blending both open and private office environments. The whole interior is used exposed raw concrete, béton brut and furniture with thin, angular forms creating a light industrial feeling, simple yet elegant and timeless.

The design team worked hard on this awe-inspiring office space to represent the unique culture and essence of the city.
