URBAN ARCHITECT

WHO are you
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning or Architecture;
  • Be creative and innovative in your ability to picture buildings and landscapes in your mind before creating them on paper;
  • Good technical and artistic skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Driven to improve efficiencies, with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • A good head for figures to understand budgets, keep track of costs and provide estimates of costings for design work to be done;
  • Interest in working independently and as part of a multi-skilled team with excellent attention to detail;
  • Active, dynamic, open-minded, curious;
  • Proficiency in Autocad, 3D–Max, Sketchup, Photoshop;
  • At least 3 years of experience in urban design, architecture and landscape fields;
  • Good command of English is a plus.
WHAT do you do
  • Deploy concept according to clients’ requirements, work with the project team to complete the design;
  • Prepare the estimated costs & time scales and present proposals to clients for approval;
  • Perform on a limited basis to select small-scale projects along with Task assignees on different projects;
  • Ensure to summarize urban design objectives and goals from available previous plans as well as studies;
  • Propose the design guidelines for open space, building form, project review and site planning;
  • Participate to develop conceptual designs plus construction documents review developed by professional consultants;
  • Develop massing plans with the team and urban design concept;
  • Prepare site layouts as well as land subdivision plans for residential, tourist and mixed-use developments;
  • Perform site plus context evaluation and identify potentialities along with constraints to maximize good urban design potential.

JUNIOR CREATIVE ARCHITECT

WHO are you
  • Graduated from university with a degree in architecture;
  • At least 3 years of experience in architecture;
  • Having a great interest in architecture and interior design, up to date with industry-leading software and technologies in 2D, 3D, Presentation, Office such as 2D: AutoCad, Revit; 3D: Sketchup, 3DS Max, Vray, Photoshop; Presentation: In Design…;
  • Detailed knowledge in construction and building technique for projects of international standard is an advantage, especially in hospitality (hotel, resort, food, and beverage …) and residential projects;
  • Be self-motivated and multi-tasks, Active and dynamic; Open-mind and curious;
  • Professionalism regarding time and deadlines;
  • Good at communication English is a plus.
WHAT do you do
  • Collaborate on design projects, help plan, and design buildings along with a team of Architects by completing design drawings in AutoCAD;
  • Assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development, and coordinating architectural documentation with other information received from other specialists;
  • Support complete the paperwork that is involved in the design process;
  • Coordinate the details of an architectural project. This includes building specifications, and dimensions, assisting with initial project research, and outlining project schedules.

DETAIL ARCHITECT

WHO are you
  • Graduated from university with a degree in architecture, interior design, or a professional construction-related field;
  • Proficient in Autocad and an understanding of Revit is an advantage;
  • Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS Max, among others;
  • Understanding of construction materials, building techniques, national building standards, and regulations in order to implement architectural design work efficiently;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of architecture, in the position of the architect or technical draughtsperson working in the high-end office, residential, and hospitality would be an advantage (hotel, resort, food, and beverage…);
  • Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail;
  • Professionalism regarding time and deadlines;
  • A good level of English is an advantage.
WHAT do you do
  • Produce design documents, and technical and 2D construction drawing in AutoCAD;
  • Coordinate and work with related construction disciplines such as structural, M&E, fire services, lighting, landscaping, surveyors, and other subcontractors including FF+E suppliers;
  • Review and coordinate architectural documentation with other information received from other specialists;
  • Produce design documents in accordance with the requirements of architectural standards, national building standards, and regulations in order to implement architectural design work efficiently and be a suitable standard for construction submission/approval when required.
