How The Project Was Received

Spaces World Trade Center 3 (or WTC3) is located on the third floor of this brand-new building in one of Jakarta’s most prestigious areas. Meet your clients in designer meeting rooms that are perfect for stimulating bright ideas. D&P Associates aimed for a spacious, cheerful working environment and we are glad how things turned out.

Spaces World Trade Center 3 literally shines with its glass facade design. As a result, both the office area and business club alike get an abundant amount of natural light. However, it is this same boon that caused our architects great challenge.

As the co-working space utilizes many glass surfaces, interiors have to be away from the glass by a certain space. Enough for ease of maintenance as well as comfortability matters, as staying near a window for a prolonged period may not be healthy. Also, for the same reason, there can be no use of partition here. Therefore, no enclosed areas in the business club like other Spaces projects. Function areas will just have to ‘float’ in the space.

The second good feature is the much higher ceiling. This allows for more light exposure and makes the space feels more airy and calming. A much needed ambiance for productive work.

In the cafe area, a diverse collection of pendent lighting make for a cozy, youthful environment. The dangling beauties surely will make heads turn. We tried to pamper up the cafe since we couldn’t have a dedicated business club.

Overall, Spaces World Trade Center 3 is more about problem solving than creativity. We We believe that with our holistic approach, guests can enjoy a standard Spaces co-working experience with nothing to hold them back.
