How The Project Was Received

Taking advantage of the surrounding green landscape, we used many full-height windows to allow the occupants a sweeping view while maximum natural lighting.

For the interior, we designed with the residents’ liking in mind. The classic black and white theme plays the role of a mediator between various personalized color tones of the furniture and the decorations. While the parents want a mixture of gold and silver tones for the public area and the master bedroom to give a majestic and luxurious atmosphere, the children prefer to style their space with their personal favorite colors – blue and brown.

Located at the heart of the apartment, the staircase is undoubtedly the focus of the whole design. The railing features elaborated details of hand-bent iron, bringing an elegant and luxurious touch to the interior.

We ensure that every FF&E in the apartment is designed and customized to form a uniform and well-integrated whole. These handmade items are simple in design but are fabricated with only high-quality imported materials. Altogether, they ensure a modern & comfortable living space as the client’s desire.

This project, designed by FVA, seeks a simple and modern design while adopting classical-architectural accents to give the utmost comfort and stylish living space that ages gracefully along with its occupants.
